Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Kraków; hybrid or remote in Poland

Salary: 250,000–374,000 PLN annually, plus performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent harness and technical reference agent.
• Partner with AI product teams, including aiR Assist, to identify platform gaps, validate requirements, and drive adoption.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption, reference-agent quality, and time-to-build for consuming teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, applied science, and product organizations.
• Integrate the harness with model and agent registries, tracing, observability, and evaluation systems.
• Establish governance, lifecycle management, onboarding, and long-term platform practices for agent infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning platform or infrastructure products for internal teams.
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production, including orchestration, tool usage, or multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Experience with build-versus-buy decisions and influencing architectural direction with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience using telemetry, analytics, experimentation, and data to guide product decisions.
• Ability to influence roadmaps across teams without direct authority, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP and A2A interoperability protocols.
• Working knowledge of LangGraph and agent orchestration tradeoffs.
• Experience with MLOps infrastructure, model or artifact registries, tracing, and observability tooling.
• Understanding of modern AI platform architectures and agent lifecycle management.
