What you will do

• Lead project coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess execution goals and develop procurement and acquisition strategies aligned with customer requirements.
• Execute technical, facilities, and logistical procurements within a cross-functional supply chain team.
• Prepare purchase requests for materials and support Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Coordinate between program teams, procurement, contracts, and other stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities, improve processes, and support timely delivery under changing priorities.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• At least 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contracts, or subcontracts.
• Experience supporting procurement in government contracting environments.
• Ability to develop and execute procurement and acquisition strategies.
• Experience preparing purchase requests and supporting SSOW development.
• Strong experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of FAR regulations, company policy, and program run rules.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to manage tasks through completion, including delegation and follow-through.
• Willingness to work as required to meet program timelines, with strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with engineering and construction disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural, fire protection, telecommunications, and security design and construction.
• Experience developing detailed Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
