What you will do

• Lead project coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with customer satisfaction goals.
• Prepare purchase requests and support the development of Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Serve as a primary liaison between program teams and procurement/contracts departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Must hold an active TS/SCI with POLY clearance.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or contracts.
• Experience supporting procurement within government contracting environments.
• Working knowledge of FAR regulations and company policy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with engineering and construction disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, etc.).
• Experience developing detailed Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
