What you will do

• Gather and analyze client intake requirements to define technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements documents and test plans.
• Administer life-cycle changes and track progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Execute software quality assurance practices and assist in issue resolution.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, or Software Engineering with 3+ years of experience (or Associate Degree with 5+ years).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements analysis and defining technical software solutions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating and running ad-hoc query scripts.
• Strong competence in Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bolingbrook, IL.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with SAP.
