HR Systems Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Administer assigned HR systems, modules, workflows, tables, and business processes.
• Triage and resolve support tickets related to system access, workflows, and data issues.
• Author and execute routine configuration changes within the test environment and migrate approved changes to production.
• Maintain data integrity through regular validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and audits.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including job aids and process guides.
• Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and IT to support projects, releases, and acquisition integration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant HR systems experience or equivalent support for HR technology, payroll, or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, user support, testing, and ticket resolution.
• Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion and follow segregation-of-duties procedures.
• Must be based in the US to work in this remote position.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM configuration.
• UKG or other HR-technology certifications.
• Experience supporting multi-state U.S. and/or Canadian payroll.
