What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria using a BDD mindset.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and provide clear follow-up steps for stakeholders.
• Assess business processes, data flows, and system interactions to ensure thorough analysis.
• Negotiate solutions that balance technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and business requirements.
• Support QA and development teams in clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early to drive proactive resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile environment.
• Must be a US Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, Requirements Management, and Scope Management.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile project tracking software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Documented experience in cloud modernization efforts on Azure or AWS.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner.
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally with UI/UX Designers.
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
