What you will do

• Coordinate global quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, covering operating models, investment progress, and revenue growth.
• Implement the DealCloud tool to optimize the Growth Equity and Infrastructure investment pipeline and database.
• Act as Secretary for the Global Growth Investment Committee, managing quorum, meeting minutes, and funding approvals.
• Manage quarterly risk and control reporting for Global Senior Management.
• Lead internal strategy presentations and monitor external speaking engagements and panels.
• Oversee headcount analysis, investor capacity planning, and the rebranding project for the Growth division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in the offered or a related role.
• Experience managing internal operating budgets and handling large volumes of data under critical deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and financial resource tools such as Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of financial markets, specifically equity markets.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Legal teams to build consensus.
