Salary: $165,000 – $242,000

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Field Process & Automation team, maturing it into a high-performing function.
• Own the design of the full revenue lifecycle from account-to-pipeline through deploy-to-consume.
• Implement AI-first process design and adoption, using intelligent agents to streamline revenue motions.
• Manage the revenue tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, revenue intelligence (Clari, Gong), and sales engagement tools.
• Establish data governance and SOX controls to support public-company reporting standards.
• Direct cross-functional programs for New Product Introduction (NPI) and M&A integration.

Requirements

• 15+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business process design.
• Proven experience leading systems transformation in high-growth B2B technology environments.
• Deep expertise in CRM configuration, automation, and hands-on fluency with CPQ and revenue intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated success in embedding AI and automation into revenue workflows.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition and SOX compliance in a public-company environment.
• Must be a U.S. person due to export control compliance requirements.
