Location: Onsite at the Central Fill Pharmacy in Springfield, Missouri, United States. Day shift; Sunday availability is required, and hours may vary.
Salary: $22.75 per hour. The listed hourly wage range is $21.00–$40.00, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Support the development and implementation of physical security protocols, programs, and training.
- Respond to emergencies, initiate incident command, and provide tactical security support.
- Monitor alarm, intrusion detection, and threat management systems.
- Investigate security threats, policy violations, breaches, and other incidents.
- Assess visitor threat levels and securely escort critical information and merchandise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while identifying security improvements.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services, or a related field.
- Experience with physical security operations, emergency response, and incident management.
- Knowledge of crisis management, threat assessment, and tactical security response protocols.
- Ability to operate and improve alarm and intrusion detection responses.
- Familiarity with OSHA, PCI, and fire safety compliance requirements.
- Completion of all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of joining.
Nice to have
- Corporate security, emergency operations, or law enforcement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, emergency management, or sociology.
- CPR/BCLS certification.
