Site Manager (Security)

Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite

Salary: $80,640–$120,960 per year

Day & Zimmermann operates the assigned security services supporting a Strategic National Stockpile facility.

What you will do

• Manage onsite security operations, facility activities, post coverage, contract compliance, and operational readiness.
• Supervise, schedule, coach, and hold assigned security personnel accountable during routine and emergency operations.
• Enforce site policies, post orders, procedures, and notification requirements; conduct and document monthly inspections.
• Plan and execute site exercises, emergency response activities, after-action reviews, and corrective actions.
• Report equipment deficiencies and provide operational oversight during required range days.
• Communicate operational status, incidents, personnel issues, and corrective actions to Government representatives and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or critical infrastructure protection.
• At least 2 years supervising or managing security, law enforcement, military, or emergency response personnel.
• Working knowledge of physical security, access control, patrol operations, incident response, emergency management, and security reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, personnel management processes, and security documentation.
• Ability to work regularly at the assigned worksite and communicate in English is required.
