SFO Site Security Manager (Physical Security)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations at the San Francisco office to ensure a safe and professional environment.
• Develop and continuously improve site-specific security policies, procedures, and training aligned with corporate standards.
• Monitor and manage CCTV, alarm systems, and access-control processes.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and physical-security checks to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Act as the primary local liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and building management.
• Manage relationships with external security vendors and coach on-site security personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing physical security operations in corporate, technology, or critical-infrastructure environments.
• Solid knowledge of physical-security principles, risk management, and US/California/San Francisco requirements.
• Hands-on experience with surveillance systems, CCTV, and access-control platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing vendors and diverse on-site teams.
• Ability to make calm and credible decisions under pressure during emergencies or investigations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
