What you will do
- Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with customer needs, business value, and delivery capacity.
- Define product direction, features, and enhancements by working with stakeholders to clarify problems, opportunities, and expected outcomes.
- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, Business Analysts, product, technology, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, feedback loops, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance.
- Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven product capabilities that improve decision-making, efficiency, and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar business-facing delivery role.
- Practical experience in Consumer Health, FMCG, retail, commercial operations, or a related environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborative, proactive approach and confidence working with ambiguity across business and technology teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, data products, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of AI-enabled tools or automation opportunities in business processes.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
