Senior Business Analyst (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Analyze, optimize, and evolve business processes and enterprise systems.
• Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support NetSuite-based processes, system enhancements, integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare analyses and reports for management and respond to business questions and requests.
• Research customer needs and preferences and oversee related activities.
• Review inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with software products and 2+ years of experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, or finance.
• Experience managing team backlogs, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, negotiation, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience developing user interface drafts.
• Business process modeling experience and knowledge of relevant notations and methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CPRE.
