Business Analyst - Digital Product (Jira/Agile): Developing seamless digital product experiences by translating business objectives into well-defined requirements, prioritized backlogs, and actionable feature requests with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, Jira governance, and trustworthy data definitions. Focus on facilitating agile ceremonies, improving backlog quality, resolving operational incidents, and aligning UX/UI, data, business, and development teams.
Location: London, United Kingdom; primarily office-based with three days per week in the office and two days working remotely

What you will do
- Manage Jira governance, ticket quality, backlog health, and development readiness.
- Gather business requirements and support backlog prioritization with the Product Manager and business experts.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, stakeholder meetings, and non-technical workshops.
- Coordinate with operational and development teams to resolve incidents and maintain system performance.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams and Data Analysts/Engineers to align user experiences, business rules, data definitions, and metrics.
- Lead feature requests, knowledge-transfer sessions, onboarding support, and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Delivery Lead.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and writing and managing detailed development tickets.
- Experience managing backlog priorities and collaborating with Product Managers.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders, including risk and blocker management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyze issues, communicate complex points clearly, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new tools and processes.
