What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product leadership, and development teams to define product requirements.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
- Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Write actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities to support product decisions.
- Maintain product documentation and facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and practical experience in Agile environments.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong professional communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and product leadership.
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization, refinement, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Confluence or SharePoint, and Miro.
Nice to have
- Legal domain knowledge or experience with legal-related products.
- Experience owning a product backlog or acting as a Product Owner.
- Experience in cross-functional, distributed, enterprise-level, or large-scale Agile teams.
- Understanding of product development lifecycles, software development processes, and technical terminology.
