What you will do

• Own and execute the government and defense partnership strategy to accelerate Voice AI adoption.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government officials, defense stakeholders, and systems integrators.
• Lead complex partnership opportunities through procurement, security assessments, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive initiatives for secure deployment models, including sovereign, on-premise, and air-gapped environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and product alignment.
• Represent the company at industry events as a trusted ambassador in the public-sector ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or government sales within defense or public sector industries.
• Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships with government agencies or defense contractors.
• Deep understanding of government procurement, security accreditation, and compliance frameworks.
• Existing network of relationships with government agencies and public-sector systems integrators.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and security reviews.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
