What you will do

• Deliver engaging live sessions and workshops on integrating AI into research, strategy, and performance marketing.
• Co-design and refine practical course content, frameworks, and hands-on projects.
• Demonstrate repeatable, scalable AI-powered workflows for marketing professionals.
• Teach the selection and application of various LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Help learners connect AI outcomes to business metrics like conversion and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to keep materials current and relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
• Advanced hands-on expertise across multiple LLM ecosystems and generative AI workflows.
• Proficiency in advanced prompting, output verification, and hallucination mitigation.
• Ability to compare model reliability and bias risks to determine when human judgment is required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work within European time zones.

• Prior experience conducting workshops, trainings, or enablement programs.
• Experience in both strategic and executional marketing environments.
