What you will do

• Design comprehensive online learning experiences, including objectives, course outlines, instructional content, and facilitator guides for AI and technology topics.
• Lead curriculum development projects from initial planning through to final delivery and quality assurance.
• Translate client business objectives into effective instructional strategies and learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and cross-functional teams to implement and improve training programs.
• Recommend delivery methods, assessments, and engagement strategies based on audience needs.
• Research and integrate industry trends in EdTech and AI to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or L&D roles.
• Proven experience designing corporate training programs for AI, data, or other technical subject areas.
• Expertise in developing both synchronous (live virtual) and asynchronous (self-paced) online learning.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Canada and available to work EST compatible business hours.
