Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the strategy for curriculum and the identification of future skills.
• Translate emerging technology trends and labor market insights into a forward-looking roadmap.
• Align curriculum strategy with product innovation, platform capabilities, and GTM priorities.
• Measure and report on curriculum portfolio performance and ROI to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a multi-level organization of Curriculum Directors and Managers.
• Serve as an executive voice and thought leader for curriculum strategy internally and externally.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical education, curriculum development, or publishing.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing distributed teams across different geographies.
• Experience scaling content or curriculum functions at a SaaS or EdTech company.
• Proven track record of launching new curriculum domains or learning programs.
• Must be based in the USA.
