What you will do

• Plan, develop, and review medical content tailored for the US student market.
• Integrate user feedback and latest evidence-based guidelines to ensure content relevance.
• Use a specialized content management system to build and maintain the hirify.global QBank.
• Apply low-code automation and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) tools to optimize editorial work.
• Develop and implement agentic AI workflows to shape new educational products.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree, preferably with USMLE or COMLEX experience.
• English: C1+ level written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany.
• Full-time or near-full-time availability (at least 30 hours/week).
• Proficiency in finding and interpreting clinical literature and medical society guidelines.
• High agency, creativity, and a didactic mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in creating educational content.
• Experience using LLM tools or building AI-supported workflows.
• Basic computer science skills or general digital literacy.
