Associate Medical Editor (AI)

Location: Berlin and remote within Germany; candidates must be located in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, write, and review medical content for students, with a strong focus on the US market.
• Improve existing content using user feedback and new evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Use the content management system to create text, image, and video content for the hirify.global QBank.
• Apply low-code automation and retrieval-augmented generation tools with human oversight.
• Build agentic AI skills and help shape products for the US student market.
• Collaborate with medical editors and contribute ideas to improve the user experience.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree, preferably with USMLE or COMLEX experience.
• Located in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to find, select, and interpret clinical literature and medical society guidelines.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, curiosity about AI tools, and a didactic mindset.
• Full-time or near-full-time availability of at least 30 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience creating educational content.
• Experience using LLM tools or building AI-supported workflows.
• Digital literacy or basic computer science skills.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
