What you will do

• Design and develop eLearning courses, workshops, and blended learning programs using structured methodologies.
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development to align training with measurable business objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and create content.
• Develop clear learning objectives, assessments, and activities to support learner success.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through formative and summative assessments to continuously improve solutions.
• Utilize authoring tools, LMS, and AI-enabled technologies to optimize the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience designing learning solutions in corporate, academic, or nonprofit environments.
• Proven expertise in instructional design frameworks like backwards design or outcome-based development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning management platforms.
• Experience integrating AI functionality into learning tools or content development workflows.
