What you will do

• Lead the identification and response to urgent AI content needs based on market signals and learner needs.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team of authors, reviewers, video editors, and project managers.
• Prioritize the content pipeline based on learner impact, business value, and speed to market.
• Provide direction on content topics, scope, and learning outcomes to ensure technical credibility and instructional quality.
• Oversee delivery performance, resourcing, and risk management for rapid technical content initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio health, deciding when content should be updated, expanded, or retired as AI evolves.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in technical content, content operations, technical education, or digital learning.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing individual contributors in a technical or production environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles within professional technical domains.
• Ability to research and prioritize emerging technology trends at a planning level.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Must be based in the USA.
