What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the local team, new joiners, and guests in the Warsaw office.
• Manage daily logistics, including postal services, communal areas, and meeting room readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, catering, and maintenance to ensure a world-class environment.
• Drive office culture through social rituals, team lunches, and celebrations.
• Support the execution of on-site events, such as AI hackathons and evening meetups.

Requirements

• Based in Warsaw, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility office environments.
• Experience coordinating with building management and overseeing office maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from senior executives to external vendors.
• Proactive approach to anticipating needs and implementing process improvements.
• Proven track record in planning office-wide events and vendor negotiation.
