Operations Specialist with Norwegian

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Handle documentation received from insurance brokers using Norwegian and English.
• Enter and maintain data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the European business support organization.
• Share ideas and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English and Norwegian at B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Experience in insurance, shared service centers, or customer service.
