Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do
- Process documentation received from insurance brokers using English and Italian.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the European region.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Support insurance brokers through policy management, data management, billing, and sales support activities.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Italian at B2 level.
- At least one year of professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Availability to work from the Warsaw office at least three days per week.
