What you will do

• Manage a Book of Business and track KPIs to drive growth and retention of enterprise clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and engage in business-level conversations with the C-suite.
• Coordinate the onboarding experience for new users in close collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead regular client check-ins to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Educate clients on AI video content creation and provide light video editing support using the platform.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure clients fully understand and realize the ROI of Synthesia products.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in managing risk, forecasting, and hitting KPIs.
• Ability to conduct both technical and business discussions across multiple organizational levels.
• Must be based in Munich.
