• Drive growth and penetrate new enterprise accounts in the German market for Real-Time Customer Engagement.
• Provide strategic insights to customers to help them compete more effectively in their market.
• Master Pega's value propositions for AI-powered Customer Decisioning and map them to specific client needs.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and close Real-Time Customer Engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software to major organizations.
• Proven track record of influencing senior executives such as CMOs and CDAOs.
• Highly proficient in English and German.
• Must be based anywhere in Germany.
• Deep knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI.
