What you will do
- Drive adoption: Create success plans, monitor metrics, and partner on expansion strategies for key accounts.
- Enable users: Deliver demos, onboarding, workshops for designers and simulation engineers.
- Lead projects: Scope solutions, track milestones, manage risks from kick-off to delivery.
- Capture feedback: Relay feature requests to Product and R&D, advocate for industry trends.
- Report KPIs: Track customer health, retention, and adoption milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Bridge Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German - mandatory
- Engineering degree and industry experience in customer-facing role
- Experience in Project and/or Account Management
- At least 6 years in technology-driven environment
- Familiar with CAD/CAE software
- Understand Machine Learning methods and AI's impact in Engineering
