What you will do

• Drive revenue growth, renewal motions, and client retention for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Identify upselling opportunities to increase product adoption and secure incremental budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for VP-level stakeholders.
• Monitor industry and technology trends to advocate for client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record with National Accounts in strategic selling or customer service.
• Experience leading via influence in a matrixed organizational environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level (VP) audiences.
