Salary: $144,000–$180,000 (Base range, plus uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities to identify and evangelize partnership expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for large, complex organizations using a team-based go-to-market model.
  • Position the company as a strategic partner to help clients reimagine their business vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic value and mutual success.
  • Identify and nurture highly engaged client relationships to ensure continued partnership growth.
  • Capture and report business volume and velocity metrics using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the data, insurance, or similar industry.
  • 5–10+ years of experience specifically within the data or insurance sector.
  • Proven expertise in solution selling, influencing, and high-level negotiation.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication, listening, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
