Salary: $144,000–$180,000 (Base range, plus uncapped commission)

What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities to identify and evangelize partnership expansion opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle for large, complex organizations using a team-based go-to-market model.
- Position the company as a strategic partner to help clients reimagine their business vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic value and mutual success.
- Identify and nurture highly engaged client relationships to ensure continued partnership growth.
- Capture and report business volume and velocity metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the data, insurance, or similar industry.
- 5–10+ years of experience specifically within the data or insurance sector.
- Proven expertise in solution selling, influencing, and high-level negotiation.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong communication, listening, and independent decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
