Salary: $33.00–$37.00 Hourly (plus a $2500 sign-on bonus)

What you will do

• Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Evaluate injury severity and determine liability based on policy coverage and state regulations.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, medical providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage claim files and activity logs in accordance with industry best practices.
• Review and submit demand evaluations for supervisor authority within 7 days.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, or WI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bodily injury claims adjusting.
• Minimum of 3 years of attorney-represented bodily injury experience.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, medical terminology, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with CA and non-standard auto insurance.
