What you will do

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury claims, from inception to settlement.
• Handle claims inside and outside the MOJ Portal, including Stages 1 and 2.
• Work within the predictive costs regime and negotiate settlements to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
• Maintain accurate data input and case files while conducting file audits when required.
• Communicate clearly with clients and support colleagues in maintaining high service levels.
• Act as a technical referral point and mentor new starters.

Requirements

• Experience handling motor personal injury claims under the predictive costs regime.
• Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal, including Stages 1 and 2.
• Solid pre-litigation experience, including claims handled outside the MOJ and predictive costs regimes.
• Confident negotiation, communication, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
