What you will do

• Handle a volume of claims of medium to high complexity across all insurance lines.
• Perform preliminary coverage verifications and provide necessary information to insured parties.
• Communicate regularly with policyholders, experts, and other stakeholders to follow up on files.
• Analyze insurers’ decisions and present arguments to support or challenge those decisions.
• Verify received information and keep claim reserves up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Representatives to progress claims.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance claims.
• Valid claims adjuster permit issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Fluency in French (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required for international client communication.
• University or college diploma or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC software and Microsoft Office 365.
