Salary: £26,938 – £30,916 per annum, plus performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer repair claims from start to settlement.
• Conduct thorough indemnity investigations to ensure claim accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers and in-house engineers to assess repair prospects.
• Provide empathetic support to customers throughout their claims journey.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity for all claim-related activities.
• Process accurate payments to customers and their representatives.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa if applicable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including 1 in 5 Saturdays.
• Proficiency in IT systems and a confident, empathetic demeanor.
