What you will do

• Verify insurance coverage and finalize liability decisions for bodily injury claims.
• Review medical reports and specials to determine claim severity and exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within established parameters and process time-limit demands.
• Maintain accurate claim file documentation and produce professional correspondence.
• Collaborate with injured parties, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims.
• Ensure all adjudication processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, or WI.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in attorney-represented bodily injury claims.
• Total of 3+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• Ability to pass a background check to obtain and maintain an Independent Adjuster License.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in insurance industry practices, terminology, and standards.
