Salary: $150,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Stand up and lead the federal business unit, establishing internal controls and governance.
• Own the P&L, operating budget, and KPIs for the federal entity.
• Translate government requirements into a credible product and delivery roadmap.
• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for prime contractors and government stakeholders.
• Manage security and compliance requirements, including audit readiness and data handling.
• Partner with internal legal, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior leadership of a business unit or program.
• Meaningful experience in or adjacent to the U.S. federal or DoD market.
• Hands-on command of federal security frameworks (NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP, RMF/ATO).
• U.S. person status, eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Active DoD 8140-compliant certification.
• Experience handling CUI and PII in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Background in digital health, human performance, or wellness technology.
• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CMMC-related credentials.
