Salary: $112,700 – $169,100

What you will do

• Coach managers through day-to-day people challenges, performance concerns, and team effectiveness opportunities.
• Advise on employment lifecycle moments including compensation cycles, promotions, and complex exits.
• Support the rollout and consistent execution of enterprise talent programs and workforce initiatives.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to standardize processes and ensure scalable HR delivery.
• Analyze workforce trends and organizational health indicators to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Guide managers through leave of absence, accommodation, and workplace adjustment processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Boston, MA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in HR advisory, HR business partnering, or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and service-based HR operating models.
• Proven ability to influence managers and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce trends and translate them into action.
