What you will do

• Define and execute the product and technology strategy across existing and future digital therapeutic offerings.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to patient impact optimization.
• Manage engineering architecture, including mobile/web frontend, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and security.
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and privacy requirements into pragmatic, compliant technology solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data/AI.
• Manage senior stakeholders across hirify.global, Bayer, and external healthcare ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience at Head or VP level in product or technology.
• Fluency in English required; German language skills strongly preferred.
• Proven track record building consumer or patient-facing digital products with measurable impact.
• Technical fluency in modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., SaMD, MDR, GDPR).
• Must be based in Germany to align with local healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with DiGA, digital therapeutics, or German healthcare reimbursement logic.
• Familiarity with Gematik, ePA, eVO, or EUDI Wallet standards.
• Experience building AI-enabled product features like personalization or recommendation engines.
• Background in enterprise environments while maintaining startup-like speed.
