What you will do

• Lead operational line management for the Field Sales Engineering Team, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Oversee pre-sales technical activities, Evaluations, and Proof of Value processes.
• Deliver and update regional technical training for sales staff and partners.
• Resolve complex technical customer issues and provide feedback to Sales Account Managers.
• Collaborate with sales management to maximize the efficiency of technical resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven experience in line management, specifically managing remote teams.
• Strong technical background in pre-sales, networking, and IT security.
• Experience working within an IT security business and with channel partners.
• Familiarity with hacking tools, malware families, and IDS/IPS evasion techniques.
• Must be based in Germany.
