What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas for Enterprise and Strategic accounts in Argentina.
• Own and oversee the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, RFP responses, and closing.
• Develop and execute territory-specific business and marketing plans in collaboration with partners.
• Lead a virtual team of presales, partner managers, and professional services to deliver customer wins.
• Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proven ability to analyze prospect needs and qualify opportunities during initial discovery calls.
• Proficiency in competitively positioning solutions against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Ability to lead cross-functional internal teams and act as a "quarterback" for the sales process.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales (preferred).
