What you will do

• Develop and execute joint partnership strategies and GTM plans with assigned partners to drive adoption of the identity platform.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic solution providers, including systems integrators, resellers, and consulting firms.
• Manage a partner portfolio through quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring technical, marketing, and executive alignment.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to facilitate account mapping and accelerate revenue growth.
• Monitor partner compliance with programs and track all engagement and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Build partner-sourced pipelines and meet annual revenue goals for the West region.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving growth within the US West regional markets.
• Strong professional network and established relationships within West regional ecosystems.
• Experience in customer success and delivery.
• Must be based in or have deep expertise in the US West region.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) frameworks.
