What you will do
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities within the defined Italian territory.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy and roadmap to achieve annual quota attainment.
- Manage sales forecasting, lead generation, and strategic relationship development.
- Collaborate with the Channel team and partners to deliver value and drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead RFP responses for enterprise accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and whitespace analysis in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be located in Italy
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 8+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian top account and mid-market landscape.
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or IoT solutions to global organizations.
- Experience working with a cybersecurity vendor and utilizing Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) software solutions.
- Completed professional sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, DISC, TAS, or Miller).
- Experience in Strategic Account Management.
