What you will do

  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities within the defined Italian territory.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and roadmap to achieve annual quota attainment.
  • Manage sales forecasting, lead generation, and strategic relationship development.
  • Collaborate with the Channel team and partners to deliver value and drive business growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead RFP responses for enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and whitespace analysis in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Italy
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian top account and mid-market landscape.
  • Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or IoT solutions to global organizations.
  • Experience working with a cybersecurity vendor and utilizing Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) software solutions.
  • Completed professional sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, DISC, TAS, or Miller).
  • Experience in Strategic Account Management.
