What you will do

• Lead upstream product development for the ASTRA™ platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify trends in the surgical tech space.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses to guide strategic portfolio evolution.
• Create training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation to support field readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales.
• 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing, preferably with upstream product development exposure.
• Existing full-time work authorization in the United States is required (no sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 40% (US and International).
• Strong fluency in digital tools, with experience in data analytics or software development platforms as a plus.
