What you will do

• Own product direction and roadmap execution for patient-facing experiences and AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development, including customer discovery, problem validation, and MVP launch.
• Identify AI value propositions while ensuring human oversight, safety considerations, and reliable user experiences.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define solutions and manage technical trade-offs.
• Translate clinical and operational challenges into actionable product requirements and strategies.
• Make data-driven product decisions by building business cases and evaluating impact and feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes in 0-to-1 development environments.
• Experience launching AI-powered products from initial concept through real-world user adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI product development, including prompting, fine-tuning, and safety considerations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with short development cycles.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience building healthcare products or familiarity with EHR systems, pharmacy operations, or FHIR.
• Previous experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or early-stage product builder.
