What you will do

• Provide legal advice and support for international commercial matters across various business lines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements including customer, vendor, and strategic partnership contracts.
• Ensure international service delivery aligns with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Privacy and Compliance teams to integrate data-related risk management into commercial practices.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, HR, and business leaders in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Law and admission to practice.
• 12–15+ years of relevant legal experience, with significant background in international or cross-border commercial operations.
• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting and business counseling.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a global or highly matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR.
• Exposure to international employment law considerations.
