What you will do

• Lead legal strategy for federal government contracting, including prime contracts and flow-down requirements.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, software licensing, and clinical services.
• Advise business stakeholders on risk allocation, procurement requirements, and healthcare regulatory considerations.
• Support RFI/RFP responses by reviewing government procurement materials and contractual exceptions.
• Collaborate with HR on employment agreements, workplace policies, and separation matters.
• Manage litigation holds, discovery, and coordinate with outside counsel on disputes.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 15+ years of relevant legal experience with a focus on commercial contracting.
• Strong experience with federal, state, or local government procurement and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex legal risks into plain, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and managing multiple complex stakeholder requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• T1 public trust clearance or eligibility.
• Experience in digital health, telehealth, or health plan regulatory environments.
