What you will do

• Provide commercial and contractual support, including drafting amendments and reviewing contract terms.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements globally, including software licensing, data, and partner agreements.
• Ensure sales transactions align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Data Protection stakeholders to support deal governance.
• Lead negotiations of commercial terms and contract schedules for complex and high-value deals.
• Improve contract templates and commercial processes while providing guidance to other teams.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in commercial law within a regulated or technology-driven environment.
• 5+ years of experience in a Legal, Commercial, or Contract management role.
• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing software licensing and data provision contracts.
• 1+ years of experience leading process improvement projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
