Location: Remote within Ireland. Applicants within 50 km of the Dublin office are expected to work on-site Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do

• Analyze and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, order forms, and DPAs.
• Engage directly with customer legal counsel and procurement teams to drive negotiations to closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to provide guidance on acceptable deviations from standard terms.
• Manage the end-to-end contract workflow from initial request through execution and signature.
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
• Support RFP and RFI responses for commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of contracts experience (or 6+ years with a relevant postgraduate qualification).
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts within a SaaS or recurring-revenue technology business.
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of GDPR and commercial data processing agreements.
• Proven experience negotiating AI-related contract provisions (AI amendments, data training restrictions, output ownership).
• Proficiency with CLM and electronic signature platforms.
