What you will do

• Coordinate and execute secure transport and delivery of classified, sensitive, and mission-critical materials between operational sites and Government facilities.
• Maintain strict chain of custody and accountability documentation; perform secure handling (receipt, inspection, packaging, inventory verification, transfer, safeguarding).
• Plan and coordinate movement schedules, routing plans, dispatch activities, and delivery priorities to meet mission timelines.
• Track and monitor movement activities for timely delivery, operational visibility, and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, transportation logs, accountability records, incident documentation, and status updates for Government review.
• Serve as Team Lead by supervising Logistics Specialist teams and supporting surge/contingency operations as directed.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Secret level.
• Expert knowledge of chain of custody procedures, secure handling requirements, and operational reporting practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply operations, secure courier operations, military logistics, or related operational support environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and operational tracking systems.
• Work during ~160 day rotations in Australia.

Nice to have

• Prior military, deployed operations, or contingency logistics experience.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense logistics or operational programs.
• Familiarity with NAVSUP Mail Tracking System and other logistics/reporting systems.
• Experience operating in austere or high operational tempo environments.
