What you will do

• Ensure safe operation of the production floor and warehouse.
• Manage daily staffing levels and production line assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to a diverse team.
• Monitor product quality against specifications and quality control standards.
• Plan work cell transitions and allocate resources to meet production quotas.
• Participate in shift change meetings and report production metrics to management.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a light manufacturing setting.

Nice to have

• CNC operating experience.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments like calipers and protractors.
• Forklift operation experience.
