Salary: $101,600 – $152,400

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee technician assignments supporting the design and development of new medical devices and systems.
• Guide engineering activities through the full product lifecycle, including feasibility, design, verification, and validation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve project objectives.
• Drive technical problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives within the process development lab.
• Ensure compliance with design controls, risk management practices, and quality system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Danvers, MA.
• Strong knowledge of design controls, risk management, and product development processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in engineering.
• Experience in regulated medical device, life sciences, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience driving continuous improvement using DRM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
